Working from Home: The Home Based Employee or Businessperson

With the changing working patterns of today working from home is a viable option for many employees.

Added to this the emerging trend of “sunlighting” i.e. having a second career often based in or from the home the person who works from home needs to be very aware of the advantages as well as the disadvantages of this working environment.

However, with set structures and disciplines in place it can be a rewarding way of working whilst balancing the other priorities in one’s life.
