The Smart Manager: A Training Programme

Managers are often expected to have an instinctive understanding of what is expected by organisations once the role of manager is assumed. The skills and competencies are many and varied. The acquisition of these skills allows the role of the manager to be a rewarding one.

Beneficial for: anyone who is responsible for a team of people designated to produce the results of set objectives in both the business and private lives of people.

This can include teams in the community, the volunteer sector and boards of trustees and directors.

Recommended Duration: Half-day modules (4 hours)
